The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) (15 U.S.C. §6501-6506) is a federal law to protect child privacy during use of the internet. Cynsight does not knowingly request or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA).
